چکیده
Bifenthrin is used as insecticide in agriculture. Present manuscript deals with the poisonous outcome of bifenthrin on histology kidney fish Cyprinus carpio. Freshwater carpio was this experimental study. An aggregate 30 were arbitrarily separated into 3 gatherings A, B and C. Group A kept control while C treated exploratory. All glass aquaria at room temperature. During experiment, group (control) normal water added groups & The all changed daily basis. Kidney sampleswere collected after 48 96 hours exposure processed for histopathological Behavioural pattern changes noted. Major changes, example, Glomerular constriction, extreme degeneration tubules, hypertrophy, necrosis pyknosis observe under microscope. Thus, pesticide should beused carefully to protect health aquatic food animals.

Histopathological alterations in spleen of freshwater fish Cyprinus carpio exposed to sublethal concentration of sodium cyanide
Aquatic ecosystems in areas with intense mining activity are often subject to cyanide contamination; the present study was aimed to evaluate the harmful effects of sodium cyanide on histoarchitechtural aspect of spleen of freshwater fish Cyprinus carpio using an in vivo approach. The fishes were exposed to a sublethal concentration of 0.2 mg/L of sodium cyanide for duration of 10 and 20 days an...
متن کاملHistopathological Alterations in Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) Gills Caused by Thiamethoxam
This work aimed to study the effect of new neonicotinoid thiamethoxam on the histological structure of common carp (Cyprinus carpio, L.) gills. Three experimental groups of fish were treated with 6.6, 10 and 20 mg/l thiamethoxam in laboratory conditions. Results showed different histological changes in the gill epithelium, which included lamellar lifting, edema, proliferation of the glandular c...
متن کاملHistopathological Changes in the Kidney of Common Carp, Cyprinus Carpio, following Nitrate Exposure
Cyprinus carpio, common carp was exposed to subleathel concentration (12 ppm) of nitrate (KNO3) under acute and chronic static bioassay conditions. The resultant histopathological changes in the liver were recorded by light microscopy. LC50 values of nitrate, according to Reed-Muench method, were 995 ppm for 48 hrs and 865 ppm for 96 hrs. For the acute tests, the fish were exposed to 12 ppm of ...
متن کاملCommon Carp, Cyprinus carpio

Their habitats are usually weedy areas with a muddy bottom. Carp fry feed on zooplankton such as rotifers and copepods, but as they grow up they become benthic feeders, feeding on animals and other organic material. The cyprinids h...
